摘　　要：组织特异性启动子可以调控基因在某些特定的器官或组织部位中表达。通过对植物组织特异性启动子进行分类和比较,概述了植物组织特异性启动子的结构特点、功能及研究进展。Tissue specific promoter can control gene expression in certain organ or tissue. In this paper,structural characters,function of promoters and recent advances of studies are reviewed by categorizing and comparing with the plant tissue specific promoters.
