摘 要:1,4-环己二胺存在反式和顺式两种异构体.文中研究了对苯二胺在Ru/C催化下加氢合成trans-1,4-环己二胺的工艺体系,考察了反应压力、温度、催化剂用量以及催化剂制备方法对加氢体系的影响,并初步考察了催化剂的循环套用情况.结果表明,高温活化和碱处理可以大大提高催化性能,使产品中trans-1,4-环己二胺的含量明显增加.最佳工艺条件为:采用经500℃活化和碱处理的5%Ru/C,加氢反应温度为140℃,压力为8MPa;此条件下对苯二胺的转化率接近100%,1,4-环己二胺的选择性达90%以上,反顺比接近80∶20.1,4-diaminocyclohexane (CHDA) has trans-and cis-ismoers. This paper deals with the process of catalytic hydrogenation of 1,4-phenylenediamine (PDA) to prepare trans-CHDA in the presence of catalyst Ru/C, ana- lyzes the influences of reaction temperature and pressure, as well as the catalyst preparation and dosage on the hy- drogenation, and preliminarily explores the reuse of the catalyst. The results show that the activation at a high temperature and the base modification of the catalyst can greatly enhance the catalytic property and obviously improve the yield of trans-CHDA. In the optimal conditions, that is, a catalyst-activated temperature of 500 ℃, a base modification of 5% Ru/C, a reaction temperature of 140 ℃ and a pressure of 8 MPa, the conversion rate of PDA approaches 100% , the yield of CHDA reaches over 90% and the trans-to-cis rate of CHDA approximates 80: 20.
