摘 要:以磨石磨木浆为原料,对对照浆、漆酶/介体体系改性浆的木素进行分离,制得磨木木素.采用元素分析、功能基测定、FT-IR、GPC和1HNMR等分析技术探讨了漆酶/介体体系改性对纸浆中木素结构的影响.结果表明,与对照浆相比,改性浆木素发生了氧化降解反应;其中木素的甲氧基、酚羟基含量降低,而羰基含量升高;对照浆和漆酶/介体体系改性磨石磨木浆木素的C9结构单元式分别为C9H8.37O2.87(OCH3)0.98和C9H7.83O3.01(OCH3)0.90.Milled wood lignin (MWL) was extracted from the control pulp and the laccase/mediator system (LMS)-modified pulp of stone ground wood, and its structure was characterized by means of elemental analysis, functional group determination, FT-IR, GPC and ^1HNMR spectra. The results show that, as compared with the lignin obtained from the control pulp, the modified one is degraded and oxidated, concomitantly with the decrease of methoxyl group and phenolic hydroxyl group contents and the increase of carbonyl group content, and that the approximate molecular formulae of the lignin from the control and LMS-modified pulp are respectively C9H8.37O2.87 ( OCH3 ) 0. 98 and C9 H7.83 O3.01 ( OCH3 ) 0. 90.
