摘　　要：目的:探讨运用PDCA循环程序规避护理风险的有效方法。方法:对存在的问题制定一系列的工作计划和活动措施(P阶段),并按照计划措施认真执行(D阶段),定期检查是否达到预期目标(C阶段),最后根据结果进行总结,以指导今后工作(A阶段)。结果:通过4个周期的PDCA循环,护理差错、投诉、纠纷明显减少。结论:PDCA程序是科学解决问题的工作方法、工作程序,能显著规避护理风险。Objective： To explore an effective method to evade nursing risk using PDCA cycle. Methods： The setp P （plan） was to plan the scheme according to the existent problems. The step D （do） was to execute the scheme. The step C （check） was to check up whether the outcome was obtained. The step A （action） was to summarize in order to guide future work. Results： The nursing quality was improved markedly by fourcycle PDCA circulation. Conclusion： The PDCA circulation was an effective way to resolve problems scientifically and evade nursing risk.
