摘　　要：运用条件价值法评估医院院誉的价值,在实证上的研究探索是十分必要的。在医院现场调查的问卷数据分析,包括应答者基本社会经济状况、应答者对医院及自身病情的了解情况、应答者对待风险的态度、应答者的支付意愿与受偿意愿等方面。在此基础上,得出医院院誉价值的一个估计区间:1.22亿～5.70亿元。It is very necessary to carry out empirical research and exploration for assessing hospital goodwill value with Contingent Valuation Method （CVM） .The analysis data of the questionnaire based On CVM, collected in a survey carried out in a hospital, involves the socioeconomic status of the respondents, how much they know about the hospital and their illness, their attitude about risk, their Willingness-to-Pay （WTP）and Willingness-to-Accept （WTA）. And on the base of the analysis, an interval of hospital goodwill value is estimated as 1.22 hundred million-5.70 hundred million Yuan.
