摘　　要：论述了整体医疗的动因、概念和整体医疗的实施方法与效益。整体医疗的实施方法有树立整体医疗观念、构建整体医疗团队、优化医疗程序等,并对整体医疗的效益进行了阐述。The reason of establishing the whole medical management mode, and its concept were firstly discussed in this paper. And then the practices of the whole medical management mode were further illustrated.This mode in practices included creating the ideal and the team of whole medical management, andoptimization of the medical routine. Finally the efficiency of this medical mode was expounded.
