葛根素对粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：目的观察葛根素对粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法将57例粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄患者随机分为两组,治疗组予葛根素注射液,对照组予丹参注射液静滴;比较两组对粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄患者空腹血糖、胰岛素及血压、血脂、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)的影响。结果治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、胰岛素及血压、血脂均有显著下降,ISI明显升高,而对照组治疗后除低密度脂蛋白明显降低,其余指标无明显改变;两组治疗后胰岛素抵抗各项参数差值具有显著差异。结论葛根素具有改善粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄患者胰岛素抵抗的作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of puerarin on insulin resistance in atheroschlerotic patients with renal Arterial stenosis. Methods： 57 eases with renal Arterial stenosis were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with puerarin and 27 cases in control group were treated with Danshen Root. The methods had been applied to the two group for one month. Observing the effects of puerarin on the concentrations of fasting blood -glucose （FBG）, insulin, blood pressure, blood lipid, and insulin sensitivityindex（ISI）. Results： The comparison proved the indexs of fasting blood - glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid were dropped remarkably, ISI increased remarkably in the treatment group after treatment. The low density lipoprotein dropped significantly and other indexes had no changes in control group .after treatment. There was significantly difference in the all a hove - mentioned indexes between treatment group and control group after treatment. Conclusion： Puerarin has the good effects in reducing insulin resistance in atherosclerotic patients with renal Arterial stenosis.
