脑出血大鼠蓝斑和心肌组织去甲肾上腺素含量的变化及扶正护脑胶囊干预的影响

摘  要:目的研究脑出血大鼠蓝斑和心肌组织去甲肾上腺素含量的变化及扶正护脑胶囊的干预作用。方法将动物随机分为假手术组、模型组、扶正护脑组和安宫牛黄组,分别于术后6、24、72h三个时相点取材,采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法(HPLC-ECD)测定蓝斑和心肌组织去甲肾上腺素的含量,并与心肌损伤程度作相关性分析。结果术后各时间点蓝斑和心肌组织去甲肾上腺素的含量均显著升高,扶正护脑组和安宫牛黄组含量均降低。结论蓝斑-去甲肾上腺素系统(LC-NE)的激活在脑心综合征发生发展中起着重要的作用,扶正护脑胶囊通过调节蓝斑-去甲肾上腺素系统中去甲肾上腺素的释放以起到抗心肌损伤的作用。Objective: To observe the change of NE content in the locus ceruleus and myocardial tissues of Rats with intracerebral hemorrhage and effect of Fuzhenghunao Capsule on it. Methods: 72 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham, model, Fuzhenghunao and Angongniuhuang. The content of NE were tested by the high performance liquid phase- electrochemical method(HPLC- ECD) at 6h, 24h and of post- operation, and explore the correction between NE content, CK - MB content and c TnI content. Results: The data of NE were obviously increased in sham group, and they were decreased in two treatment groups. Conclusion: The activation of locus ceruleus noradrenalin system(LC- NE) play and important role in cerebral-cardiac syndrome, Fuzhenghunao Capsule could protect the myocardial tissues by regulating the content of NE.
