摘  要:在兰州雁儿湾污水处理厂采用微型生物群落监测方法——PFU法,以曝气池微型生物种群——纤毛虫类为研究对象,通过PFU监测及同期BOD5检测,发现污水处理厂曝气池纤毛虫物种丰富,以钟虫等固着缘毛目类为优势类群。纤毛虫类微型生物种数及数量丰度随时间季节有明显的变化特性。数据显示,纤毛虫数量丰度和种数与出水BOD5有一定的线性规律,证明了纤毛虫类优势种属能够指示出水水质的发展趋势,同时预测评价污水处理厂的运行状况。Microbial community biota monitoring-PFU (Polyurethane foam unit) was used to investigate the miniature biological population-Ciliata, as the main research object in the aeration tank in Yan' erwan Wastewater Treatment Plant in Lanzhou. Meanwhile the water quality index BODs was examined simultaneously. We discovered that Ciliata species in the aeration tank were rich, and the Peritricha for instance Vorticella was the preponderant. Seasonal changes of species number and quantity of miniature community for instance Vorticella have been observed obviously. The obtained data showed that the species number and kinds of Ciliata had the certain linear rule with the effluent BOD5 of this wastewater treatment plant. It has proven that Ciliata species could instruct the development of the water quality simultaneously to forecast and appraise the performance of the wastewater treatment plant.
