摘 要:北京银泰中心钢结构主楼为框架筒中筒结构,为了加强其抗侧刚度,除了在各层以钢梁连接内外筒,还在3个设备层设置了贯通内外筒的伸臂桁架形成加强层。由于伸臂桁架对结构整体抗震性能有较为突出的影响,因此将伸臂桁架在内、外筒之间的钢支撑用屈曲约束支撑代替,以改善其力学性能。通过合理选择屈曲约束支撑的力学参数,并经过Pushover分析计算,表明该屈曲约束支撑的设置能够改善结构的整体抗震性能,达到了预期目的。Beijing Yintai Center steel tower is a frame-tube and tube structure. For increasing lateral stiffness, trusses are set in the three mechanical floors of the building between outer tube and inner tube besides fixing connecting steel beams in every floor, so reinforced layers are formed. Because of the important status of the trusses for the transferring seismic load, the steel braces in trusses between the outer and inner tube are replaced by unbonded braces. By selecting right mechanics parameters of the unbonded braces, the Pushover computing results show that the unbonded braces could improve aseismatic capacity of the building.
