摘 要:近年来,大开间居住房屋逐渐增多,在高烈度地震条件下,多层砌体房屋中墙体抗震能力可能不足,常出现在纵向墙体上。为解决这一问题,设计中曾出现一些处理方案,其中之一是将部分纵向墙体用混凝土墙替换,方案有一定合理性。对砌体墙与混凝土墙的共同工作问题作了进一步探讨,认为两种墙体协调工作时,以砌体墙为主导是合理和可行的,同时提出具体的设计方案。希望有益于多层砌体房屋设计的改进。In recent years, the large room-space residential-buildings extend gradually. In high-seimic region, the seimicresistance capacity of multi-story masonry buildings, especially at the longitudinal-wall, may be unsatisfactory. Some resolving methods are presented in design-field, one of which is shifting partial masonry-wall by concrete-wall at longitudinal-wall. The corporate work of masonry-wall and concrete-wall is discussed, and it is pointed out that regarding the main-place to masonrywall as the corporate work of two-wall system is reasonable and feasible. Meanwhile, practice design methods are provided. It can be reference for the design of multi-story masonry buildings.
