摘 要:研究连续组合梁负弯矩区栓钉连接件的抗剪承载力,对处于拉区混凝土中的栓钉连接件,进行9个试件的正交拉剪试验,考虑栓钉直径、混凝土强度及钢纤维配置3个因素。试验数据的极差和方差分析表明,只有栓钉直径是其抗剪承载力的高度显著影响因素,混凝土强度及在混凝土中配置钢纤维对栓钉抗剪承载力的影响均可忽略。对于剪力连接度小于1,混凝土中纵向受拉钢筋应力低于屈服点的情况,混凝土受拉与受压状态下的栓钉承载力没有明显差别。拉区混凝土裂缝首先在栓钉位置开展,在保持剪力连接度不变的条件下,采用小直径栓钉密集布置方案,有利于限制拉区混凝土最大裂缝宽度。Shear-bearing capacity of stud within negative moment region of continuous steel-concrete composite beams is studied. Based on 3 factors of stud diameter and concrete intensity and steel fibre, orthogonal pull-off tests of stud shear connectors with concrete slab under tension are conducted.The analysis of max-rain difference and variance shows that, stud diameter has marked effect on shearbearing capacity, the influence of concrete intensity and steel fibre can be neglected. Shear-bearing capacity of stud within concrete slab under tension or compression has no visible difference under the condition of degree of connection less than 1 and the stress of longitudinal rebar under yield-point. The cracks firstly appear near studs. In the condition of keeping invariableness of degree of connection, the maximum width of crack can be restricted by the methods of lesser diameter of stud and dense collocation.
