摘　　要：针对目前我国经济适用住宅开发设计中存在的市场定位混沌、设计手法粗放、空间设计不合理等问题,结合投标方案"洋浦行政住宅小区"的实例分析,对经济适用住宅的适用性设计进行了初步研究。This paper, Aiming at solving such problems existing m the development and design of economical-suitabled housing in our country as chaos in market orientation, rough means in design, unreasonableness in residential space, etc, analyses the project ＂Residential District of Administration in Yang Pu＂, and researches the suitable design ofeconomical-suitabled Housing.
