摘　　要：畜牧方面的大专院校、科研院所及中小型畜牧企业在申请项目填写项目可行性研究报告及进行经济评估时,需要进行投资费用估算、流动资金估算、销售收入和税费估算等一系列复杂的计算过程,计算过程中稍不注意便会导致整个结果出现偏差。针对这一问题,开发"畜牧业新建项目可行性经济评估系统",使这一过程简便化、智能化。系统运用VBA设计前台界面,进行数据采集,采集到的数据自动写入后台数据处理的Excel表中,根据事先编辑好的公式进行计算,最后生成最终结果,可即时打印预览或打印。When they application new project, composing the report of feasibility study and carrying the Economic Expansion, the institute of animal science, animal academies and schools or the small and mediumsized enterprises in cattle breeding have to be involved a series of complicated computing process, such as estimation of capital costs, estimation of current capital, estimation of sales revenue and expenses of taxation. And if a minor error was making, the result will be deflection. ＂Economic Expansion System for New Construction Projects Feasibility in Animal Husbandry＂ was exploited to solve the problem and making the progress simplification and intelligentize. The system adopted VBA to design the interface of foreground, which gathering and transmitting data to tile background. The background used Excel as the data progressing tools. When the data was written to the sheets of Excel automatically, it would be calculate follow the formula which compiled beforehand. The final result would be given at last, then it may print preview of print.
