摘　　要：烟草质体色素对烟叶品质及可用性有着重要的影响。简要介绍了烟草质体色素的分类、含量及生物学功能;综述了烟叶成熟及调制过程中质体色素的变化、质体色素及其降解物对烟叶品质的影响;分析了影响烟草质体色素及其降解物含量的因素。Plastid pigment significantly influenced the quality and usability of tobacco. This review had concisely introduced the type.the content and biological plastid of tobacco plastid pigment. This article mainly focused on the changes of plastid pigment of tobacco in the mature and tobacco curing progress. The influences of plastid pigment and its degrading products on tobacco quality were also analysed in the article. The influent factors of the content of plastid pigment and degrading products were analysed.
