摘  要:甘蓝型油菜生态雄性不育两用系AB1及其杂种F1(AB1×1141B)在武昌、昆明、西宁和湖北秭归高山上呈现出明显不同的育性表现。武昌秋冬季和西宁夏季分期播种表明,播期对AB1及其杂种F1的育性没有多大影响,AB1及其杂种F1每朵花的育性与该朵花分化时期的温度有关。不同的温度处理对AB1及其杂种F1的育性有明显的影响,随着温度的不断升高,AB1及其杂种F1的育性逐渐降低。光照长度可能对AB1及其杂种F1的育性没有明显的影响。The ecotypical male sterile line AB 1 and its hybrid (AB 1×1141B) presented different male fertility when they were planted at Wuchang, Xining, Kunming and Zigui, a mountainous county in Hubei Province. The inverstingation on the relationship between male sterility and sowing dates at Wuchang and Xining showed that the sowing dates have no considerable influcence on the male sterility of AB 1 and its hybrid. The fertility of each flower was related to the temperature during the time of the flower′s development. The experiment of different temperature treatment on AB 1 and its hybrid showed that temperature had strong influence on their male sterility, i.e., the higher the temperature, the completer the male sterility. The length of illumination has no considerable influence on the male sterility.
