摘 要:以对缺硼敏感性不同的甘蓝型油菜品种为供试材料,研究其整体根系和离体根吸收硼特性的差异。结果表明,2个品种根系吸硼速率与外界硼浓度呈显著直线相关,直线斜率以敏感品种大于不敏感品种,无论整体根还是离体根都得到同样结果。在不同硼浓度时,2个品种整体根系吸硼速率有明显差异。低硼浓度时(B0.05~1.0μg/g),敏感品种吸硼速率显著低于不敏感品种;而高硼浓度时(B>1.0μg/g),则明显高于不敏感品种;采用离体根测定发现,硼进入2个品种根系自由空间过程符合Michaelis-Menten方程,但敏感品种的Km值高于不敏感品种,Vmax则小于不敏感品种。不敏感品种在低硼浓度时吸收能力强以及对硼的亲和力高可能是其硼高效的重要原因。This experiment was conducted to study the B absorption charateristics of two typical rape genotypes which had been found to have different susceptibility to B deficiency. For both intact and excised roots of the 2 cultivars, boron absorption rate was linearly correlated with boron concentration in solution, which suggested that boron absorption was a passive, nonmetabolic process. Meanwhile, the slope of the sensitive cultivar (01) was higher than that of the insensitive one (03). The absorption rates by intact roots of the 2 cultivars were apparently different from each other. When the boron concentration was low (B 0.05~1.0 μgg), the absorption rate of the sensitive cultivar was much lower than that of the insensitive one, but at a higher boron concentration (>1.0 μgg) the former was much higher. The process of boron entering into the free space could be described by MichaelisMenten equation. The dynamic parameters ( V max, K m) indicates that boron influx into the free space of the insensitive cultivar faster than that of the sensitive one and in langer quantity.
