摘  要:测定了4种不同水质灌溉的14种蔬菜中N,Fe,Zn,Mn的含量。结果表明,水质对蔬菜含氮量有明显影响,Fe,Zn,Mn的含量则主要取决于蔬菜品种。In this paper, the contents of N,Fe,Mn,Zn in 14 vegetables growing in the south suburd ofTaiyuan city were determined. Each vegetable was respectively irrigated by meatpacking foul water, dailyfoul water, industrial waste water and well water. The results indicated that the water quality affected Ncontent obviously. The content levels of Fe, Mn,Zn were essentially decided by the vegetable species.
