摘　　要：随着计算机和生物技术的发展,生物信息集成已经成为一个重要的研究领域.在当前的实际应用中,分析设计生物信息集成系统已成为生物信息学领域的研究热点.本文讨论了生物信息集成所采用的主要方法,分析了著名的生物信息集成系统,并对将来的研究主题进行了展望.With the development of computer and biology technology, bioinformatics integration has become a key research domain. The problem of designing biology information integration systems is important in current real world applications, and becomes a hot topic of the database research. This paper tries to present an overview of this topic, analysis some famous biology information integration system, and provide some research problems in the future.
