摘 要:目的:了解绵羊在过量摄氟后骨骼中8种元素含量的变化及中药骨痹丸对其的影响。方法:应用随机分组动物,饮水加氟化钠染毒的方法,观察动物骨骼中氟、钙、磷、铜、锌、铁、钼、镁8种元素含量的变化。结果:A、B两组动物骨骼中氟含量成倍的高于C组,而A组显著低于B组(P<0.05)。A组股骨钙含量显著低于C组(P<0.05),肋骨铜、钼含量显著高于C组(P<0.05)。B组肋骨、股骨氟含量分别是C组的3.7倍,2.8倍,肋骨、股骨钙含量、锌含量,肋骨铜、钼含量均显著低于或高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:①过量氟致实验动物骨骼中氟含量成倍增加,影响骨钙、铜、钼、锌的代谢。②中药骨痹丸可减少氟在骨骼中的蓄积,纠正锌、钙的代谢紊乱。Objective:To investigate the levels of 8 elements in sheep bone after ingesting excess fluorine and the effect of rheumatism of bone pill. Methods: The sheeps were randomly divided into groups and given water and sodium fluoride. The levels of 8 elements including fluorine, calcium, phosphorus, copper, zinc, iron, molybdenum and magnesium were detected. Results: The levels of fluorine in bone in group A and group B were higher than that in group C, which in group A was lower than that in group B( P 〈 0.05). The level of fluorine in costal bone and femur was respectively 3.7 times and 2.8 times of that in group C(P 〈 0.05). The levels of calcium, zine in femur and copper and molybdenum in costal bone is markedly lower or higher than that in group C(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Excessive fluoride results in the fluoride in animal bone increased, which affected the metabolism of calcium, coppeg molybdenum and zine in bone. The rheumatism of bone pill may decreases the accumulation of fluoride and correct the metablic disorder.
