摘 要:目的:优选肾宁颗粒制备中益母草与川芎的最佳水煎醇沉工艺。方法:采用正交试验法。以盐酸水苏碱含量和干膏收率为指标,对影响提取的各因素进行考察;以水苏碱含量和80%乙醇浸出物得率为指标,对影响醇沉的各因素进行考察。结果:最佳工艺为煎煮2次,每次2h,每次加水12倍量;水提液浓缩至1:1.5(g:ml),加乙醇使含醇量达50%,静置48h。结论:所建立提取纯化工艺稳定,为肾宁颗粒及其他制剂的生产提供了参考。Objective: To optimize the decoction and alcohol sedimentation technique of Herba leonuri combined with Rhizoma Chuanxiong in shenning granules. Method: Orthogonal test was employed. The conditions for decoction were studied by the dried water deeoeting rates and contents of staehydrine hydroehloride in the extract; the conditions for alcohol sedimentation were studied by the extraction rate of 80% alcohol and contents of staehydrine hydroehloride. Result: The optimal conditions were as follows: to boil with water for two times, sustaining for two hours and 12 times volume of water was used for each time, to concentrate the solution of waterextraction to 1:1.5 (g: ml) and then precipitate in 50% alcohol for 48 hours. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable; it can provide the reference for the preparation of Shenning Granules and other preparations.
