氯沙坦和依那普利治疗轻中度高血压病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价氯沙坦治疗轻中度原发性高血压的疗效和不良反应。方法:随机将75例轻中度原发性高血压患者分为氯沙坦组40例和依那普利组35例,分别接受氯沙坦50mg·d^(-1)或依那普利40mg·d^(-1)。治疗前后测量坐位血压,记录疗效和不良反应。结果:氯沙坦与依那普利均能有效降低血压,治疗总有效率分别为97.5%和97.1%(P>0.05),依那普利组有4例发生干咳。结论:氯沙坦是治疗轻中度原发性高血压的安全有效药物。Objective： To assess the efficacy and safety of Losartan in the treatment of essential hypertension. Method： Seventyfive patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into losartan group （40 cases） and enalapril group （35 cases） randomly, to received either losartan 50 mg·d^-1 or enalapril 40 mg·d^-1 Sitting blood pressure was taken, the therapeutic effect and side effects were recorded. Result： Both losartan and enalapril were effective at lowered blood pressure. The therapeutic effect of two groups were 97.5% and 97.1% respectively（P 〉 0.05 ）. Four patients in enalapril group had dry cough. Conclusion： Losartan appears to be a safe and effective antihypertensive drug for mild to moderate essential hypertension.
