摘  要:高效连铸技术得到国内各厂家的高度重视,取得了明显效果。研究各种影响连铸因素交互作用对于提高铸坯质量有着重大的意义。通过开发测试装置,实际测试济钢3号铸机的各种喷咀水流密度,并开发了相应的水流密度合成模块;建立起连铸过程的数学模型;开发了相应的计算机仿真软件;通过射钉实验,对仿真结果进行校验;利用模型优化工艺过程;开发了相应的多元回归模型,用于生产控制。生产实际表明,这种方法是有效的。Fast continuous casting has attracted more and more attention and made good performance. It is very important to study the interactive effect of continuous casting's factors. The test equipment was built and used to test the water distribution of the spray in No 3.Continuous Caster. The mergering model of water density and the mathematical model of continuous casting and simulation software were developed. The simulation result was validated by shoot-pin test and used to revise the simulation model. Using the simulation software to optimize the continuous casting processes, the multivaries regression model was developed. It is used to control the continuous casting producing. The practice of Jigang indicates the method is useful.
