摘  要:通过分析桥面防水性能及要求,得出桥面结构中防水粘结层设置的重要性。选定了高剂量SBR改性橡胶沥青和环氧沥青进行材料性能试验,从防水层设置环境所需的材料性能要求出发,进行了拉伸试验、剪切试验和拉拔试验,据此分析了防水材料的物理力学性能、路用性能和抗损伤性能要求。研究结果表明,高剂量SBR改性橡胶沥青和环氧沥青均具有良好的路用性能和物理力学性能;环氧沥青的抗拉强度与抗剪强度均较SBR改性橡胶沥青大,并且粘结力极强,受高温等因素的影响相对较小,可用于钢桥和水泥混凝土桥面防水层,是一种优良的桥面防水材料。该研究为改进和优化防水层设置,正确选择优良路面防水层提供了有力依据。By analyzing the function of bridge waterproof deck and structure requirements, waterproof deck is very important in structure of bridge asphalt pavement. By analyzing waterproof layer material performance and environmental requirements, epoxy resin asphalt and SBR modified asphalt are selected to conduct tensile test, shearing test and pulhng test. The study indicates that, both SBR modified asphalt and epoxy resin asphalt have good road performance and physical properties; epoxy resin asphalt waterproof layer has better sheafing and pulling test results with higher binding quality and less relevance effected by high temperature; it can be used on steel and concrete bridge as a kind of good waterproof material for bridge deck. The research can effectively improve and optimize the waterproof layer and provide a basis for waterproof layer.
