摘　　要：分析了网络管理的发展趋势,指出了简单网络管理协议(SNMP)在业务系统管理方面的不足,在SNMP网络管理理论的基础上设计了一个业务管理原型系统。该系统中设计了统一的管理信息接口来获取业务系统的相关信息,扩展了业务系统管理信息结构。在管理信息接口的基础上实现业务管理信息采集代理,并实现业务系统自动拓扑发现、业务系统性能管理以及业务系统故障管理。分析比对的结果表明,该原型系统实现了对业务系统的监控和管理,完善了SNMP网络管理的功能。The trend ofnetwork management is analyzed, thedefectsofSNMPnetworkmanagementsystemsinbusinessservicemanagement are pointed out, the research on the concept and structure of SNMP is done, and a SNMP-based prototype business service management system is designed. A unified interface of management is defined to access the information of business service system. The structure of management information is extended for business service system. An agent for information collection, auto-topology, performance management and exception handles for business service system is implemented. The validity and veracity is compared and the result indicates that the information collected by this system is valid and it is an implement of business service management.
