摘　　要：人民币汇率改革带来了重庆市国际收支项目的变化,用外汇收支代替国际收支的提法,分析汇率改革对重庆市个人和对公外汇收支产生的影响,接着在深入剖析其产生原因的基础上,提出了如何防范国际短期资本流入对外汇市场的冲击,如何加强重庆市国际收支调节的政策建议。The reform of foreign exchange rate of RMB has led to great changes in the international income and expenditure in Chongqing. By substitution the term ＂foreign exchange income and expenditure＂ for ＂international income and expenditure＂ in this paper, the authors analyze the effects of the reform of foreign exchange rate of RMB on the foreign exchange income and expenditure of individual persons and government agencies in Chongqing, and based on an analysis of the causes for these effects, offer some suggestions for reducing the risk of the inflow of International short-time capital and strengthening the international income and expenditure regulations in Chongqing.
