摘　　要：通过调查中美基础医学类核心期刊稿约对论文摘要结构、内容的要求,了解基础医学类摘要结构的现状和摘要的必要内容。得出我国基础医学类核心期刊绝大部分采用四项结构式摘要,稿约中涉及摘要内容少、粗。美国基础医学类核心期刊摘要以非结构式为主,规定的摘要内容详细、较有层次。By collecting and analyzing Instructions to Contributors of the Chinese and American core journals of basic medicine, this paper investigates the formats and the contents of abstracts that should be included in them. The Chinese core journals of basic medicine normally adopt a four-heading format and the content necessary in abstract is little mentioned in their Instructions to Contributors, In contrast, American core journals of basic medicine usually use a non-structured abstract format and outline comparatively detailed content necessary in the abstract.
