摘　　要：LXI技术是基于广泛使用的工业以太网标准和成熟通用的PC技术发展起来的新型测试技术,利用它可以实现快速、高效、低成本的测试系统,LXI标准也随之成为测量仪器的新一代开放总线标准,它已被称为测试行业的发展趋势。本文着重分析了基于LXI标准规范的软件架构,并对LXI发展和应用前景进行了展望。LXI is a new testing technology developed from ethernet and PC technologies which are widely used in industry. The testing system based on LXI can realize fast, effective and lower-cost testing. LXI standard is a new generation open bus standard in the testing field and going to become the development trend of the testing industry. The article mainly analyses the software architecture of the LXT standards. At last the development tendency of LXI standard and the prospect of LXI products are discussed.
