摘 要:测量元件的Pr-T曲线,有助于了解温度对元件储能的影响。通常情况利用铁电体陶瓷的热释电效应,通过测量其加热过程中产生的热释电流,可以较为准确地反映出铁电体陶瓷剩余极化强度Pr随温度的变化。本文针对在这一过程中所产生的热释电流非常小,因此必须要有能够用于皮安级电流测量的电流表用于测量的情况,介绍一种采用KEITHLEY公司6485型皮安表测量铁电体陶瓷Pr-T曲线的方法,可以较为准确地测量出铁电体陶瓷的Pr-T曲线。Measuring Pr-T curve for the ferroelectric ceramics is used to get better understanding of how temperature affects the accumulated energy of the ferroelectric ceramics. Normally, the varying of the remanent polarization of the ferroelectric ceramics when temperature changes can be reflected on the pyroelectric current measurement of the ferroelectric ceramics. Due to the pyroelectric current generated in the heating process usually extreme small, a picoammeters is needed to detect the micro current. Therefore we introduce a measurement method of the Pr-T curve of the ferroelectric ceramics using the model 6485 picoammeters manufactured by the KEITHLEY Corporation. The results show that this method can measure the Pr-T curve of the ferroelectric ceramics efficiently.
