摘　　要：为了支持跨企业协同制造,参照网格的运行机制,提出了基于网格的协同制造平台.该平台的功能体系结构包括工作流控制器、任务分解、资源匹配,资源调度、数据库以及地域分布的网格服务节点等模块.详细分析了各个模块的功能,各模块在工作流管理系统的支持下实现协同制造流程的自动化.重点研究了工作流管理模块的构件及实现,使用UML描述各个构件的协作过程.最后,探讨了平台实现的关键技术,开发了原型系统,分散的制造企业利用协同制造平台建立全球制造网络,实现对市场的快速和敏捷响应.To support cross-enterprise collaborative manufacturing and with reference to operation mechanism of grid, a grid-based collaborative manufacturing platform is put forward. The corresponding function architecture consists of workflow controller, task disintegrator, resource matching, resource scheduling, database sys- tem and distributed grid service nodes. The function of each module is analyzed in detail, and the flow autom- atization of networked manufacturing among modules supported by workflow management system is realized. The modules and key technologies of workflow management system are studied. And the cooperation among the modules is described in UML. Finally, several key technologies of proposed prototype system are introduced, and the prototype system is developed. Based on the framework, the enterprises scattered all over the world could establish a Global Manufacturing Network through Interact to improve the flexibility and agility of enterprises and response to market quickly.
