摘 要:针对传统超越离合器的运动副效率低、功率小、寿命短的问题,提出了弧块-滚柱式低副超越离合器.对其主要结构、工作原理、自锁条件、传动能力、接合效率和启闭特性进行了研究.实例计算表明,弧块-滚柱式超越离合器与同等尺寸的传统滚柱式超越离合器相比,具有较大的传动能力和较高的接合效率.同时,试验证明了该离合器具有自锁可靠,启闭灵敏,传动能力大和抗冲击能力强等优点,为解决超越离合器的性能问题提供了新的途径.Aimed at the problem of low efficiency, small power and short service life for traditional overrunning clutches, a new type of lower pair overrunning clutch with are block-roller was researched. Then analyzed its main structures, the working principle, capability of transmission, efficiency of gearing and the property of open and close. The calculations of examples revealed that the capability of transmission and the gearing effi- ciency of the suggested overrunning clutches were higher than those of the equal diameter of traditional roller o- verrunning clutch. And the result of test verifies that the suggested overrunning clutches have the advantages of high transmission moment, sensitiveness of opening and closing, high reliability of self-lock, and better resistance to impact, thus provides a new way to improve the function of overrunning clutch.
