摘  要:提出"心理作业空间"(Cognitive Operation Area)概念,"心理作业空间"是指对于某一作业,符合大多数作业者心理所认知的相应子作业空间.在由作业者、大型机电设备和周围环境组成的"人-机-环境"系统中,设备与周围环境结合或设备本身形成了若干个心理作业空间.以齿轮测量中心为例,基于心理作业空间分析,对操作者工作路径、视线转动角度进行研究,提出了心理作业空间的优化方案,并以此为基础进行齿轮测量中心的人机界面设计,给出了设计结果,提供了一种"以人为本"的大型机电设备人机界面设计方法.A concept "Cognitive Operation Area"(COA) is proposed in this paper. COA is one sub-area cognized psychologically by most operators for a certain operation. In the "Man-Machine-Environment" system composed of an operator ( or operators), a large-sized electro-mechanical equipment and the environment, some COAs are shaped by the equipment and the environment ( or the equipment itself). As an important part of Man-Machine Interface Design, COA Design is the reference for position and design of display and control interface. Through an example of analysis of COAs of 3 different gear measurement centers, operators' paths and turning angles of sight line are studied, and an optimized idea of COAs arrangement is set up, based on which, Man-Machine Interface design of gear measurement center is proceeded, and the design results are presented. A new method of Man-Machine Interface Design of large-sized electro-mechanical equipment comes into being, which is "People First".
