摘  要:在复杂产品虚拟样机工程中,如何对仿真组件模型进行开发和有效发布,实现产品设计人员对分布在网络化协同制造环境的仿真资源的有效查询和访问,一直是复杂产品协同仿真技术面临的一个主要问题.为了解决这个问题,以国家863/CIMS主题的科研项目为背景,在分析协同仿真平台COSIM及其支持的仿真模型组件技术的基础上,研究采用Web服务技术开发仿真组件模型,提出为仿真组件模型建立面向对象的发布数据模型,并在企业私有UDDI服务器上实现仿真组件模型的有效发布,最后阐述对基于Web服务的仿真组件模型在网络化协同制造环境中进行查询和调用的机制,实现仿真组件模型的互操作性和可重用性,达到促进复杂产品虚拟样机协同仿真的目的.Collaborative simulation technology faces one primary problem that how are simulation component models in virtual prototype engineering of complex production developed and published effectively so as to be helpful for product designers to discover and access these simulation resources distributed in collaborative man- ufacture network environment easily. To solve this problem, under background of one project for national 863/ CIMS subject and on basis of analysis of Collaborative Simulation Platform and its supported simulation compo- nent technology, a new approach is brought forward that adopts Web Service Technology to develop simulation component models and takes advantage of object-oriented technology to build the data model for publishing simulation component model, and research of how to realize effective publishing for these simulation resources on enterprise private UDDI server is carried out. And the mechanism is discussed, by which simulation com- ponent models based on Web Service are discovered and invoked effectively in collaborative manufacture network environment, and by which simulation resources' reuse and interoperability are improved to achieve the goal of collaborative simulation for virtual prototype.
