摘 要:为了提高物料含水率测量精度,提出基于固、液、气三相混合物介电特性的与密度无关测量方法.在储能因子和损耗因子中分离出密度,构建了含水率的复介电常数模型,进而建立了物料含水率和透射波的参量衰减及相移的与密度无关函数.将归一化的含水率和密度作为输入、透射波衰减和相移作为输出,对透射波频率和物料厚度对测量的影响进行仿真,给出其对测量的影响规律及对其进行选择的原则.实验表明,该测量方法与密度无关,且均方差达到0.095.Material density is the key fator that influences measurement precision in moisture measuremen with microwave. The measurement technique independent-density was presented on dielectric properties of sol. id, liquid and gas triphase mixture. Model of material moisture and its complex dielectric constant was built h separating the density from energy storage factor and energy loss factor. Influences of frequency of transmissio wave and material thickness on measurement were simulated. Influence laws were analyzed and selection ruler were determined by the simulation. Experiments show that the measurement technique is independent of dense. ty with mean-squared-error 0. 095.
