摘  要:在织造生产中,实时监控织机的运行状态对提高织造效率、控制织物质量等具有重要意义。本文提出了一种基于微处理器Z84C15的织机监控系统方案。该系统能监控织机运行的状态和主控电路中微处理器的电源状态,并可以在织机运行出现故障时,发出报警提示信息。本文主要分析了系统的工作原理,设计了接口电路的参数。本系统已用于JZ-Ⅱ剑杆织机上,对提高织物质量取得了显著的效果。In the looming process, real-time monitoring of the loom's running status plays an important role in improving looming efficiency and controlling the quality of the textile. In this paper, a scheme of intelligent looming monitoring system based on the micro-processor Z84C15 is put forward. The system can monitor loom's running status as well as the microprocessor's power status in main control circuit, and timely send out warning alarm when loom being out of control. The operation principle of the system and the design of the interface circuit parameters are specifically introduced in the paper. When testing this system on JZ- Ⅱ Rapier Loom, results proved the remarkable improvement on the quality of the textile.
