摘  要:本文以某厂狄舍尔(D iescher)穿孔机为研究对象,应用DEFORM-3D非线性有限元分析软件对实心圆坯二辊斜轧穿孔过程进行了三维热力耦合数值模拟,通过分析圆坯的应力应变场和温度场及顶头穿孔过程中的温度场分布特征,得出管坯最大应力、应变、温度最高处位于管坯与轧辊、导盘接触区。顶头轴向温度梯度明显,头部温度最高。为改善顶头的工作环境和提高其使用寿命提供了理论依据。The paper takes some factory' s Diescher punch press as a subject for study, and uses DEFORM, a nonlinear FEM analysis software, for 3D heat -force coupled numerical simulation for the cross - rolling process of the round bloom. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the stress - strain field distribution and temperature field of the round bloom and the temperature field of the plug in piercing process, people found that the maximal stress and strain as well as the maximal temperature appear at the area where the billet and roller contact ; the axial temperature gradient of plug is clear with maximal temperature at head part. All the results have afforded theory basis for improving the working condition and the service life of the plug.
