体育产业资本市场监管模式选择探析

摘　　要：体育产业资本市场监管模式是我国体育产业资本市场中人为设计的制约相互行为的约束条件,它必须根植于我国具体的体育产业经济、体育产业资本市场环境,切合我国体育产业资本市场发展的步伐。综观我国体育产业资本市场的发展,不管各种监管模式如何变化、组合,基本的模式可以分为行业自律、政府监管和独立监管三种模式。在我国体育产业资本市场还无法达到充分有效的现阶段,体育产业资本市场监管理应以政府适度管制为主。The regtdation mode is an artifieial designed restraint eondition in sports industrial eapital market in China for the restriction of mutual behavior. It must be rooted in to the concrete sports industry economy, sports industrial capital market environment, and fits sports industrial eapital market development in China. In a eomprehensive survey of the development of sports industrial eapital market, no matter how the regulation modes ehange and eompound, the basic modes ean be divided into professional self-discipline, government supervision and independent regulation. For a full effeet in sports industrial eapital market has not been aehieved at present, sports industrial eapital market regulation should be implemented by government primarily.
