体育场馆布局的影响因素分析

摘　　要：体育场馆是开展各种体育活动和进行体育产业开发的基础设施和必要条件。体育场馆布局的合理与否关乎一个地区人民生活质量的提高和城市整体形象的提升。本文首先分析了影响体育场馆布局的自然因素和经济社会因素,进而根据第五次全国场地普查北京市的数据以及近几年北京市各区国民经济和社会发展的相关数据,对影响北京市体育场馆布局的若干因素进行了计量分析。分析结果显示:北京市体育场馆的布局基本上与各区的自然条件和技术水平相一致,但与社会和经济条件却不甚匹配。最后,提出两点建议:奥运后场馆的布局要结合城市的长远发展需要;加强场馆间的合作,充分发挥场馆的产业聚集效应。The sports facihty is infrastructure and precondition of holding sports events and exploring sports industry . An appropriate distribution of sports facility closely relates to local natural condition and the level of economy and social development. Designing the sports facility properly influences the improvement of people＇ s standard of living and the promotion of city image. In view of theory and statistics respectively, this paper has mainly quantitatively analyzed the factors which influence the facility＇ s distribution of Beijing and problems in the distribution according to the data of the fifth general survey on nationwide sports facility just finished and the current data about national economy and social development of Beijing. According to the report, the facility＇ s distribution of Beijing is basically compatible with the local natural situations and technique level, while does not match with its social and economic conditions. Two propositions are provided： the distrubytion should meet the pequirements of cities＇ long-term development and strengthen the cooperation between facility and fully develop the industry cohesion effect of facility.
