摘 要:在对过程评价方法和指标体系研究的基础上,将其运用于体育教学中,以探索实施过程评价对学生身心发展的影响。实验结果显示,学生的身体机能、身体素质指标显著提高;SCL-90症状自评量表的9个因子中,除"强迫"因子外,其余各因子在实验前后均有显著性差异。研究结果表明,在体育教学中实施过程评价有利于使大学生获得长期锻炼参与的身体和心理健康效应,促进大学生身心健康水平的提高。This paper makes a study on the process evaluation and the index system, and applies them to the practice of physical education, in order to find the influence of process evaluation on the development of students' physical and mental health. The results of the experiment reveal that students' physical strength and quality, index have been improved obviously; of the nine factors in the SCL-90 self-evaluation, all are noticeably different after the experiment except one the factor of compulsion. The stud), shows that the application of the process evaluation to the practice of physical education is beneficial to college students in that it can make students physically and mentally aware of regular exercise participation and improve college students' physical and mental health levels.
