摘　　要：本文记述了双翅目毛蚊科3属9新种,其中棘毛蚊属3种:长喙棘毛蚊 Ditophus macrosiphonius sp.nov.,吉林棘毛蚊 D.jilinensis sp.nov.和膜棘毛蚊 D.membranaceus sp.nov.;叉毛蚊属2种:异角叉毛蚊 Penthetria aberrans sp.nov.和甘肃叉毛蚊 P.gansuensis sp.nov.;襀毛蚊属4种:裂襀毛蚁 Plecia dilacerabilis sp.nov.,峨眉襀毛蚊 P.emeiensis sp.nov.,钳襀毛蚊 P.forcipiformis sp.nov.和长叶襀毛蚊 P.longifolia sp.nov.。所有模式标本均保存在北京农业大学昆虫标本室。In the present paper, nine new species of Bibionidae are described from China. The type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collections of Beijing Agricultural University.1. Dilophus macrosiphonius sp. nov. (figs. 1a-e)This species is closely related to Dilophus maghrebensis Haenni, but differs from the latter in having the posterior margin of male lergum 9 flatter and claspers not sharp pointed at apices; having the spines arrangement at middle of the front tibia of male and the differences of female head.Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, paratype 1♀, Zhuozi County (40°9’N, 112°6’E), Nei Mongol, 23. Ⅷ. 1978, Yang Chi-kun.2. Dilophus jilinensis sp. nov. (figs. 2a-e)Very similar to Dilophus febrilis (L), but differs from the latter in the antenna 11-segmen-ted in female, and the differences of male genitalia and female head.Holotypc ♂, Songjiang River (42°2’N, 127°5’E), Jilin, 8. Ⅷ. 1983, allotype ♀, paratypes 2♀♀, Laoye Mt., Hungjiang City (41°9’N, 126°4’E), Jilin 6. Ⅷ. 1983; 1♂, Tonghua City (41°7’ N, 125°9’E), Jilin, 31. Ⅶ. 1983, all are collected by Yang Chi-kun and Yang Ding.3. Dilophus membranaceus sp. nov.(figs. 3a-e)Very similar to Dilophus bipunctatus Yang et Luo, but their male tergum 9 and claspers and female head are rather different in shape.Holotype ♂, allotype ♀, Gaolou Mt., 1700m, Wenxian County (32°9’N, 104°7;E), Gansu, 7.
