摘  要:锅炉作为能源消耗大户,其节能、节水十分重要。通过对锅炉水质的软化以及提高蒸汽凝结水的回收率,可收到较好的节能降耗效果,冷凝水回收率在80%时,每年可节约燃料油470t,每年再生剂用量从200t降到140t左右。The energy and water saving for boilers are very important issues as boilers are major energy consumers.Energy consumption by a boiler can significantly drop if the water used by the boiler is demineralized and the recovery of steam condensate of the boiler is improved.When the recovery rate of steam condensate reaches 80% ,the fuel oil consumption by the unit will drop by 470t per year and the annual regenerant consumption by the unit will drop from 200t to some 140t.
