摘 要:针对隔磁段漏抗对潜油电机性能参数的影响,在电机特殊结构的基础上,建立了隔磁段的三维有限元数学模型,通过求解其磁场储能得到隔磁段处漏磁对应的漏抗。设计制造了模拟实验样机,实例对比直接验证了计算方法的准确性和可行性,表明了隔磁段漏抗对电机各性能参数均有较大的影响,在今后潜油电机的设计中必须予以考虑。Aiming at the problem for the effect of leakage reactance in magnetic isolated segment to the performance parameter of submersible motor, 3D finity dement method(FEM) mathematic model of magnetic isolated segment based on the especial structure of submersible motor used to calculate leakage reactance corresponding to the leakage magnetic field in it is established in this paper. Imitation experiment model machine is designed and made. The accuracy and feasibility of the method described here is directly verified by example comparison. This leakage reactance has greater influence to performance parameter of the motor and must be taken into account in the design of submersible motor for the future.
