摘　　要：奥古斯都统治时期,对行省制度进行了改革,在各行省建立起比较完备的、有效的行政管理体制。本文主要从奥古斯都对行省总督的管理与监督,创设行省议会,加强行省法制,建设道路和传递信息系统,建立军人金库和实施裁军政策等几个方面,比较深入地探讨了奥古斯都的行省改革政策。During Augustus ruling, he firmly took the wise and important reform on provincial system, and established the efficient administrative system in Roman provinces. This paper will mainly analyze Augustus＇ provincial policies on some points. For example, how did Augustus govern the provincial governors？ How did he authorize the establishment of Provincial Assembly？ How did he emphasize the provincial laws？ How did he build Roman roads and courier stations？ How did he reduce the army and establish the soldiers＇ bonus fund？ It is expected to understand deeply for the development of provincial system in the Augustus time, and also understand deeply for the prosperous reason of politics, economics and culture in the Early Roman Empire.
