摘 要:制备并测试了一种新的用于白光LED的掺杂Ce—YAG荧光玻璃。分别在1300~1500℃的空气和氮气中制备出Ce—YAG荧光玻璃。在对不同工艺条件下制得的样品进行了对比和分析的基础上,得到了较理想的制备工艺。结果表明,制得的Ce-YAG荧光玻璃被波长为465nm(蓝色LED的波长)的光波激发,于550nm处出现发射峰,表明该样品可应用于白光LED的封装。A novel Ce-YAG-doped glass phosphor for white LED was developed and investigated. The Ce-YAG-doped glass phosphor was obtained in air and N2 atmosphere at 1 300- 1 500 ℃. On the basis of contrasting and analyzing the test result of the sample obtained by the different technology, pointed out the appropriate technology. Results show that the peak of 550 nm in wavelength is observed from the Ce-YAG-doped glass phosphor, when it is excited by a wave with 465 nm, this indicates Ce-YAG-doped glass phosphor can be applied to the white LED's packaging.
