摘 要:以聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树彤高分子为模板,于500℃焙烧合成了形状不同的氧化锌。研究了高分子模板和溶剂对氧化锌晶粒形状的影响。结果表明:以高分子为模板的前驱体是以螯合方式生成沉淀;分别以3.0和2.0代高分子为模板在乙醇溶液中分别合成出粒径约为400nm,厚度20nm的六方相片状氧化锌和长度为1μm、直径150nm的晶簇状氧化锌;在水溶液中分别合成出粒径小于100nm的球形氧化锌和粒径在50~200nm的不规则形状的氧化锌。Using polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer as template, different morphologies ZnO were synthesized by calcining at 500 ℃. The effects of dendrimer template and solvent on the grainshape of ZnO were studied. The results indicate that precursor template is deposited as the style of chelation. In ethanol solution, using different generation (PAMAM) (2nd and 3rd ) dendrimer as template, the average size of hexagon flake ZnO particle is about 400 nm, the average thickness about 20 nm and the crystal cluster is lμm long with diameter 150 nm; spherical ZnO with diameter less than 100 nm and irregular shaped ZnO with diameter between 50 nm and 200 nm is synthesized in water solution.
