摘  要:该文研究了分散介质及分散剂对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)分散聚合的影响,发现当以硫酸铵的水溶液作为分散聚合的反应介质时,聚合产物的表观黏度最低。聚合反应所用分散剂为实验室自制的低相对分子质量阳离子聚合物,当分散剂的相对分子质量为30万-50万、用量为1.0%-1.2%时较为合适。The effects of reaction media and dispersant on the dispersion polymerization of CPAM were studied. It was discovered that when the polymerization was carried out in an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate, the obtained polymer solution had the lowest apparent viscosity. The polymerization used a low relative molecular weight cationic polymer as dispersant which was made in our laboratory. Stable dispersion could be obtained when the dispersant had a relative molecular weight in the range of 300 000 to 500 000 and occupied a mess ratio of 1.0% - 1.2%.
