卡孕栓剂量与足月妊娠引产的关系

摘　　要：本文应用２种剂量卡孕栓（ＰＧ０５）足月妊娠引产临床分析。将３８例孕妇随机分为二组，ＰＧ０５１／４组２０例；ＰＧ０５１／５组１８例。结果：两组引产有效率和促宫颈成熟评分比较无明显差异（Ｐ＞００５）。但副作用（宫缩过强）和剖宫产率随药量的减少而降低。提示：０．２ｍｇ（１／５）ＰＧ０５足月妊娠引产更好、更安全，且易被接受。women in term pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in group 1 were given PG 05 0.2mg and 20 cases in group 2 PG 05 0.25mg.The results showed that no significant difference of the complete induced labour rate and cervical maturation scores (P>0 05) between the two groups is found. However the occurrence of side effects (tonic contraction of uterus) and cesarean section incidence is significantly low along with the decrease of PG 05 dosage, indicating that PG 05 0.2mg for the complete induced labour is a better、safer and more acceptable dosage.
