摘 要:以海藻酸钙为载体固定活性污泥,研究了载体、海藻酸钠浓度、pH和温度对固定化污泥处理废水性能的影响。为提高固定化小球的耐久性,用质量分数5%的CaCl2溶液对固定化小球进行了加固处理。研究发现,加固海藻酸钙固定化污泥具有良好的处理性能和稳定性。试验结果表明,海藻酸钙固定化污泥小球可有效地去除废水中的NH4+-N、TN、COD和PO43--P,在包埋活性污泥MLSS=3.0 g/L和水力停留时间为6 h时,去除率分别达85.75%、84.48%、94.76%和93.21%。Calcium alginate has been used as carrier immobilized activated sludge for wastewater treatment. The effect of carriers, sodium alginate concentration, pH and temperature on the treatment efficiency and stability of immobilized bead are investigated. The immobilized sludge in calcium alginate is reinforced by 5% CaCl2 for enhanced its durability. It is found that reinforced calcium alginate immobilized sludge has good treatment performances and stability. The experiment results show that calcium alginate immobilized sludge beads can effectively remove NH4^+- N,TN,COD and PO4^3--P from wastewater. When the embedded activated sludge MLSS=3.0 g/L and hydraulic retention time=6 h,the removal efficiencies are 85.75% ,84.48% ,94.76% and 93.21% respectively.
