摘　　要：乡村医疗服务集团具有中观卫生管理功能、卫生资源整合功能和效率促进功能。在集团功能实现过程中,由于农村政治、经济、社会文化等因素的影响,乡村医疗服务集团内外存在着组织结构形式、管理能力和手段、利益分配方面的冲突,需要从政策、利益、管理、组织结构、文化等方面形成一个良好的协调机制。Chinese rural medical service groups has the functions of health administrating, medical resource integrating and medical service efficiency promoting. Due to the influence with Chinese rural polity, economy and culture, the groups meet with the conflict of organizational structure, management style and benefit distribution. Function＇s performance of the groups need a good coordination mechanism which includes governmental policy, economy, management, organization and culture.
