摘　　要：从规模、区域和行业三方面对我国出口贸易和对外直接投资进行了实证分析,结果表明,对外贸易和对外直接投资在规模上是相关的,但对外直接投资对对外贸易的促进作用不明显;贸易投资一体化因地区差异,表现出"互补"和"替代"两种区域特征;当前贸易投资一体化的行业相关程度不高。总体而言,我国贸易投资一体化尚处于初级阶段。Nowadays, the integration of export and FDI is an important characteristic in the in- ternational economic realm. This paper examines the correlation dependence between export trade and foreign direct investment from three aspects. The results suggest that there is high relativity be- tween export and FDI on the whole. The integration puts up the characteristics of correlation and complementary owing to region difference, however, the level of integration was lower in industries. On the whole, the level of integration of export and FDI in our country is on the primary stage.
